       托管式RESP教育基金储蓄计划（又称团体RESP教育储蓄计划）是指CST、USC等五家公司提供的教育基金储蓄计划。这五家加拿大公司注册多属于非赢利性公司，专职于提供注册教育储蓄计划，主要提供团体计划，资金统一投资和管理，投资方向是委托银行投资于政府债券。

       这类公司主要有五家，是加拿大较早开始提供教育基金储蓄计划服务的公司。其中CST成立于1960，USC和Heritage成立于1965年。

• Children's Educational Foundation of Canada - The Children's Educational Foundation Of Canada, which sponsors the CET Plans, is a non-profit corporation incorporated in 1990.
• Global Educational Trust Foundation
• 傳承教育基金公司 Heritage Educational Foundation Plans - 傳承教育基金公司 [Heritage Education Funds Inc. ，原為Canadian America Financial Corp. (Canada) Limited]成立於1965年。
• USC Education Savings Plans Inc. - USC Education Savings Plans Inc. (USCI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of The International Scholarship Foundation (The ISF) and is the exclusive distributor and administrator of USC Education Savings Plans (USC Plans).
